Town & Country Apple iPad Giveaway - Official Rules
1. No Purchase Necessary. Contest open to residents of Arizona who are 21 years of age or older. Void where prohibited.
2. Contest starts July 1, 2010 at 12:01 a.m. and ends at 11:59 p.m. MST on September 30, 2010.
3. Three (3) iPads will be given away during the contest. Winners will be selected in random drawings to be held on or about July 31, 2010, August 31, 2010, and September 30, 2010 from among all eligible entries received. Winners may not substitute or transfer prize but Sponsor(s) reserve the right to substitute prize with a prize of equal or greater value. Limit one (1) prize per person / household / address.
4. This contest is not sponsored by Apple, Inc. Town & Country offers no warranty on the prizes awarded. The specifications for the prizes awarded will be determined by Town & Country and may not be substituted for another iPad/prize and prizes maintain no cash value. Prizes will be awarded based on product availability from Apple, Inc.
5. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by EMAIL and will be required to respond to the email within 48 hours indicating whether he/she would like to accept the prize. If no return call or email is received within the time allotted, an alternate winner will be selected. Any alternates selected will also be required to respond to the email within 48 hours. Contest will by null and void if a minimum of 1,000 eligible entries are not received, and no drawing will be held and no prizes will be awarded.
6. Taxes on prize, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winners.
7. Entering the contest allows the participating businesses access to send you advertising offers. All businesses will have an opt-out option on any electronic materials sent to you. Communication from participating businesses is the sole responsibility of the business and not the contest organizers.
8. Winners must pick up prize IN PERSON at Town & Country. Prizes will not be shipped and will not be released to any other party than the winner. A valid government issued ID must be presented and must match the name used to register for the contest. The first name and last initial and a photo if agreed by winner will be used to promote the contest thru email and radio commercial.
9. By accepting a prize, winners agree to release and hold sponsors harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance of prize(s) and travel to claim prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by all the Official Rules of this promotion.
